Menu - Everyday Cakes



We mix from scratch a very traditional French genoise (chocolate or vanilla) that is then flavored and moistened with syrup (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) and filled with mousse or our made-from-scratch buttercream.  We make our creme patissiere, creme d'amande, frangipane, ganache and buttercreams in-house using only the finest quality ingredients.  Our pate sucree, pate brisee and pate sablee are made with fresh, sweet butter and you can really taste the difference!


Cakes are available in the following sizes: 7", 9", 10", 12", 14", 1/4 sheet, and 1/2 sheet.  Prices vary by size...please call for information.
