Course One - Appetizer

Carrot Latkes with Greek Yoghurt (V)


Course Two - Soup or Salad

Garden Minestrone with Grated Asiago Cheese (V)




Demi Salad of Greens with Champagne Vinaigrette (V)


Course Three - Entree

Choice of:


Oscar-Style Filet Mignon

Pick Your Sauce: Béarnaise or Mushroom Demi-Glace

Served with sweet potato mash and vegetables du jour.


Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, roasted red and yellow peppers,

feta cheese, caramelized onions and mushrooms, wrapped in Italian prosciutto.

Served with a white wine-butter sauce, rice pilaf and vegetables du jour.


Phyllo Pocket (V)

Layered vegetables, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese wrapped in

phyllo pastry.  Accompanied by rice pilaf and vegetables du jour.


Course Four - Dessert

Buttermilk Pudding with Pomegranate & Orange Compote
